Overall Responsibilities

Experience target: Min 7 years of experience as Network Administrator.
Compensation Target: $90K-$120K depending on level of relevant experience and qualifications
New\Replacement  Position: New.
Job Location: GWT\On premise
 

 

Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for overall network management and performance of switches, firewalls, VPN and
    wireless infrastructure

  •  Responsible for network architecture and design

  • Maintains and manages security procedures for internal and external business needs

  • Experience with Azure corporate infrastructure, including Server configuration, Disaster
    Recovery, Monitoring, Cost Management, etc.

  • Maintain \Upgrade our existing Esxi environment

  • Drives development, configuration, installation, and maintenance of IP network standards,
    protocols, and procedures including local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs)

  •  Able to accurately define, troubleshoot, and configure common network terms and concepts
    such as MPLS/VPLS, VLANs, DHCP, HSRP, NAT/PAT, QoS, VSS, NAC, VPN, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, PBR,
    TFTP/SFTP, etc.

  • Understanding of all issues concerning the network and systems administration of PCs, printers,
    mobile devices, UPS, monitors, VOIP and other technologies

  • Manage network documentation & diagrams\layouts

  • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations

  • Capable of coordination with other departments, vendors, contractors, etc.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Experience:
  • Have at least 7 years of experience administering corporate networks

  • Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent

  • CCNA Certification required; CCNP preferred

  • Enterprise Network experience working with Cisco, Cradlepoint, Esxi, SANs, Aruba\HP, and
    Sonicwall or equivalent

  • Visionary for our tech strategy who researches the market and trends of our industry

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Prior experience with network design and implementation planning

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks

  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language

  • Excellent oral and written skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once

  • Accustomed to learning new skills
