Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand purchasing and consumption habits of customers
- ensure accurate demand estimation
- manage corporate demand planning and forecast
- build and maintain a 12-month operational sales forecast per product
- analyze financial trends vs. forecasts construction
- create new product forecasts
- maintain supply planning processes, communicate and gain alignment with cross-functional leaders to improve quality by studying trends, seasonality & historical performance.
Minimum qualifications:
MS in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or Finance. 2 years of experience as Demand Planning Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or related. Experience with demand planning, purchasing and vendor management, Sales & Operations Planning, inventory management, data analysis, and forecast modeling.
