Report project metrics, status updates and summaries
Develop preliminary and detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications such as
PFDs, P&IDs, plant layout, mass and heat balances, etc. under the direction of the Project
Participate in conceptual design projects.
Critically review engineering designs, test plans, and assess risks
Work collaboratively as part of multi-disciplinary design teams
Perform data analysis, prepare technical reports, SOPs.
Other duties as assigned
A degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial
Engineering or related fields
Recent graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. Preferred 1-3 years of progressive
experience operating in regulated manufacturing environments (such as FDA), Good
Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) as well as Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).
Proficiency with AutoCAD is required.
Flexibility to travel to external manufacturing sites as needed (up to 10%)
Ability to exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal with the ability to
transfer knowledge to others.
Lean Six Sigma training preferred.
Experience with ERP software is a plus.
